4. MACHINIST Requirement:
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical
Engineering / Technical (S1/ D3) or Marine Academy (1&2 ) Educational background Polytechnic of Mechanical/Electrical (3)
• Age, max 40 years old (1,2,3 & 4) Min 35 years old (1)
• Experience min.7 years in similar position (1 & 4), 5 years (2) 3 years experience and advantage in maintenance and operations (3) Experience in operating of all kind machining, such as lathe. milling, boring, etc, on fabrication recondition or remetaling job include in operating of CNC machine is advantage (4)
• Supervisory and hands-on work required for onboard and plant (1& 2)
• Candidate must have strong experience in full disassembly / reassembly, overhaul works required for main and auxiliary engines manufactured by MAN-B&W, Wartsila. Mitsubishi, etc. (1& 2)
• Candidate must have familiar with governor in these, engine (3)
• Familiar using PLC system and understand electrical system / Governor Electrical (3)
• Familiar with diesel engine (Maintenance & Operations) Governor Mechanical (3)
• Understand Management Power Plant (Independence Product Power/IPP) (1& 2)
• Understanding of engineering drawing (4)
• Solid knowledge in using precision measurement tool (4)
• Able to work independently and willingness to travel and work on site (1,2 & 3)
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) will be advantage (1,2 & 3)
• Computer literature & good writing report (1,2 & 3)
• Having strong leadership (1 & 2)
• Excellent health conditions (1,2,3 & 4)
