CENTRAL SANTOSA FINANCE is subsidiary of BCA FINANCE group which is engaged in motorcycle financing. Due to our business expansion in all area of Indonesia, we need professionals to fill position as:
BRANCH MANAGER (BM)
The qualifications are:- Male max 35 years old
- Min. Bachelor degree from reputable university
- Having experience as a branch manager at multi-finance company min. 2 years or have experience as marketing head min. 3 years
- Responsible to lead people, develop business plan, end-to-end process execution, collection, administration and collaborate with all other related functions to meet the assigned target
- Strong leadership, decision making, interpersonal skill and accustomed to work under pressure
- Willing to be placed in all of our branches in Indonesia
