Arghajata, a network of professional services firms providing integrated services in management & information technology consulting, financial advisory, accounting and assurance is seeking highly qualified candidates for our accounting and assurance alliance firm, RAP Bayu Susilo (KAPBS), for the following positions:
1. ASSOCIATE (ASC) AND SENIOR ASSOCIATE (SASC)

Responsibilities :

• Assist the execution audit engagements for various clients (ASC)
• Execute the day-to-day activities of audit engagements for various clients (SASC)
• Identify and communicate accounting and auditing matters to supervisor in the engagement (ASC and SASC)
• Collect, analyze data, information and audit to assess the fairness presentation of client's financial statements
• Identify performance improvement opportunities
• Understand and utilize KAPBS Audit Methodology

2. ASSURANCE MANAGER (MGR)

Responsibilities :

• Plan, manage and monitor every assignment by performing a risk based audit approach and participate in the performance of audit.
• Develop the audit strategy that appropriately address audit risks and identify the improvement agenda by benchmarking to the recent market, industry developments and best practices.
• Meet the expectation of value to be delivered. Successfully monitor the engagement team against the budget.
• Provide expertise in the performance of audit procedures, focusing on complex and/or specialized issues. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the client's industry and marketplace
• Maintain strong working relationship and communication with key business decision makers throughout the year to communicate value and inform them of the firms scope of services, communicate relevant trends, developments, and key performance drivers relevant to the client. Generate new business opportunities by developing ideas and solutions

Qualifications:
• Diploma 3 or Sarjana (S1) (fresh graduate) degree majoring in Accounting (ASC)
• Sarjana (S1) degree majoring in Accounting with 2-3 years (SASC) 5 years (Manager) work experience in a public accounting firm
• Excellent project management skills (SASC & Manager)
• Possess strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and research abilities, and able to meet challenging client requirements (All Positions)
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English (All Positions)
• Willingness and ability to travel, dedication to teamwork and leadership integrity within a professional environment (All Positions)
