Call Centre Officer (CCO) The main responsibility is to handle phone inquiries for credit card and banking customers. This position reports to Call Centre Team Leader. - University (S1) graduate from any major
- Enthusiastic, hard working, and willing to work with shift system
- Highly motivated and has good communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Computer literacy (Words, Excel)
- Team focused with a flexible attitude
Call Centre Team Leader (CCTL) The main responsibility is to manage a team of Call Centre Officers. This position reports to Call Centre Supervisor. - University (S1) graduate from any major
- Have at least 1 year experience in similar position
- Enthusiastic, hard working and willing to work with shift system
- Highly motivated and good communication skills
- Has supervisory experience.
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Computer literacy (Words, Excel)
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Team focused with a flexible attitude
