In gearing up for long-term business expansion, we seek talented, motivated and competent individuals to join our Team as CONSULTANT in this following positions :

 

1.    PROCESS CONSULTANCY
(Based in Singapore on yearly renewable contract)
Responsibilities :
·    Conduct process consulting on “as is” and “should be” maps
·    Identify key process performance indicators and service standards
·    Conduct analysis on customer segments, gaps and root causes.
·    Conduct process blue printing workshops
·    Estabilish & conduct focus group interviews, and submit findings / recommendations to clients.

2.    MEASUREMENT CONSULTANCY
(Based in Singapore on yearly renewable contract)
Responsibilities :
·    Develop service measurement & tracking tols.
·    Estabilsh performace indicators, tracking systems
·    Develop & conduct service and organization related surveys
·    Establish analysis & findings and recommendations to clients
·    Estabilish & conduct focus group interviews, and submit findings / recommendations to clients.

Job Specific Requirements:
·    Male / Female, Age minimum 30 years old
·    Minimum S1 degree, preferably S2 from reputable university
·    Minimum have 5 years experience in consulting firm
·    Able to work well independently or with team work, with a strong CAN DO attitude
·    Fluency in written and spoken English
·    Good presentation skill
·    Must be willing to be based in Singapore and may conduct assignments in weekends
