·    Have experience in research

·    Able to work under pressure with tight schedules
·    Have experience in SPSS and / or SPSS Data Entry
·    Good personality & high integrity

Moderator (Code : Mode)
·    Min Bachelor Degree
·    Min of 1 year experience as a FGD Moderator
·    Willing to work on weekends, public holidays & on shift
·    Having knowledge of Qualitative Research
·    Good personality, high integrity, demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment

Notulen (Code : Note)
·    Min Bachelor Degree
·    Able to make documentation
·    Must have min of 1 year experience as a FGD Notulen
·    Good personality, high integrity, demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment
