Graduate Development Program (GDP)
GPD is a program that includes several months of comprehensive general banking & product knowledge training & two years of on the job placement. When completed, candidates will have a development path & will be stationed in various functions of the bank.
Position available for :
Front-liners at Branch (FL)
· Personal Banker Funding
· Relationship Manager Leading
Supporting Departments (SD)
· Credit Analyst
· System & Technology
· Risk Management
· Operations
· Compliance
· Treasury
· Finance
Requirements :
1. Male/Female, max 26 years old.
2. Bachelor or Master degree, in any education background with an outstanding GPA (GPA>=3.25).
3. Preferably with 2 years of working experience. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
4. Local & overseas graduates.
5. Strong focus on sales & customers (FL).
6. Willing to be stationed at our branches throughout Indonesia.
7. Computer literate.
8. Proficient in English (verbal & written communication abilities).
