Lowongan OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / SALES COORDINATOR
This role will provide administrative support for Sales. This person would serve various administrative and coordination roles in the front office areas. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / SALES COORDINATOR - Filing
- Copying
- Specification updates
- Update of materials specification etc
- Handle customer orders, confirmation, and notifications
- Distributor / Delivery set ups
- Sales reporting
Education : - High school degree
- Some advanced education preferable
Experience / Working Knowledge of : - Ideal candidate is a self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude
- Strong in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
- Service oriented
- Ability to speak and work directly with customers (internal and external)
- Fluently in both oral & written English or Mandarin a plus
- The ability to work overtime (paid)
