A dynamic and well funded Oil and Gas Company is seeking a talented HR & Administration Supervisor to join its Jakarta based operations

HR & Administration Supervisor

Summary of Role:
Handle all human resources and administration activities and ensure timely availability of qualified personnel and implementation of human resources policies and practices.

Specific Duties
  • Ensure HR policies, services and systems meet agreed standards and business needs
  • Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures
  • Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates
  • Developing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management
  • Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits
  • Monitor HR strategy, plan, performance contract, budget and staffing level
  • Implementing disciplinary procedures.
  • Planning and sometimes delivering training, including inductions for new staff
  • Prepare and maintain company salary structure, job documentation and job evaluation systems. Complete salary survey questionnaires
  • Ensure company car operation well

General Qualification:
  • University Degree preferably in Psychology, Law, Management and Social
  • 5 to 7 years working experiences as HR Generalist in oil and gas Company
  • Good command of English communication skills in all aspect of verbal, writing as well as presentation skills
  • Familiar with PTK 018
  • Works unsupervised and to take responsibility for effectiveness of own work, able to maintain confidentiality and must be resourceful and results-oriented
  • Respond effectively to demands of high and varied work load changing job practices
  • Other Qualifications: Understand Indonesian employment regulations and has strong strategic thinking orientation
  • Have good knowledge and experience on Expat Formalities processing
  • Have good skill in Managing People
