Lowongan Kerja HR Administration Superintendent - Apparel Manufacturer
We are an expanding intimate apparel manufacturer searching for highly qualified candidates to fulfill the progressive demand and to be pad of our professional team:
1. HR Manager (HRM)
2. Industrial Relation Superintendent (IRS)
3. Recruitment Specialist (RES)
4. HR Administration Superintendent (HRS)
General Requirement: - Experienced in manufacturing industry is a must, preferably in garment / lingerie manufacturer
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Excellent in computer skill
- Good communication and interpersonal skill, able to lead and motivate a team and can work under pressure
- Willing to be placed at Gunung Putri - Bogor
Specific Requirement: - Male or female maximum 40 years of age (1), 35 years (2,3,4)
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring Law (1,2), Psychology (3), any discipline (1,4)
- Having at least 5 years experiences in the same position at managerial level (1), min. 3 years of experience (2,3,4).
- Candidate must be competent in all HR functions (Labor law regulation, Recruitment, Training Development, HR Administration, Industrial Relation, and labor union) (1)
- Understanding of Indonesian Labor Law, have good relationship with labor union and local government (2)
- Understanding recruitment process, familiar with psychology test tools, wide candidate networking on applicant (3)
- Good understanding of HR Administration, JAMSOSTEK and have good filing system (4)
