1.    Min. 3 years experience in shopping or entertainment center and management set up (related field at the same level)
2.    Min, S1 graduate from related major
3.    Strong Leadership and Managerial skill
 
B. Supervisors / Coordinators
1.    Min. 2 years experience in shopping or entertainment center and management set up (related field)
2.    Min. S1 graduate from any major
3.    Good supervisory skill
 
C. Officers / Staff / Executive
1.    Min. 1 year experience in shopping or entertainment center and management set up (related field)
2.    Fresh graduates are welcome
3.    Min. D3 graduate from any major
4.    Hard worker and fast learner
