1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR (BDS-A)
You will responsible to evaluate and analyze pharmaceutical business opportunity, lead and coordinate with other divisions for new product development and new products launch
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Industrial Pharmacy or Medical Degree from reputable university
• At least 3 years experience in the related field (preferably senior staff in
marketing or Business Development for Pharmaceutical Industry)
• Analytical, creative, initiative, highly adaptive, good communication and interpersonal skill
2. BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST (BPA-A)
You will responsible or Business Process Mapping or operational system analysis process, conduct a comprehensive work process and result in all department, and to revise the existing SOP and Work Procedures in all departments
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering
• At least 3 years experience in business improvement area
• Sounds familiar with Quality Management System, Performance Management concepts, and Balance Score Card concept
• Strong analytical skill
MIS DIVISION
3. SYSTEM ANALYST (SA-A)
Requirements :
• Able to conduct business and user requirement analysis, write & maintain system documentations, document and translate business & user requirements into specific software requirements and detail design specification
• Has a good comprehension on SDLC and its application
4. PHP & FOXPRO.PROGRAMMER (PHP-A & FOX-A)
Requirements:
• Familiar with both of client/server and web based application architectures
• Familiar with Foxpro 2.6 or Visual Foxpro, have a good knowledge about PEW, HTM, JavaScript, MySQL, preferably someone who know how to use PHP framework Codelgniter and JQuery
5. MySQL DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR (DBA-A)
Requirements:
• Fully understand how MySQL table engine architecture works & InnoDB Works, has a clear knowledge about benchmarking & profiling (know which tools to use), know how query optimizer works, able to optimize MySQL (especially InnoDB configuration), both from the perspective of memory and I/O, should know about Operating Systems and Hardware Optimization, clear comprehension about replication and its various topologies; Load balancing techniques; and MySQL Security
• Familiar with back-up-recovery techniques and took (preferably XtraBackup); various performance monitoring tools (such as maatkit or openark - kit), understand how to use EXPLAIN
6. WEBSITE ADIMINISTRATOR (WA-A)
Requirements:
• Preferably someone with digital marketing experience
• Familiar with website maintenance and update
7. TECHNICAL WRITER (TW-A)
Requirements:
• Having knowledge of various phases involved in Software Development Life Cycle
• Good experience on analyzing business process, creating and/or updating software documentations such as Software Requirements Specification, Functional Specification Document, Entity Relationship Diagram, User Guide, Administration Guide, SIT & UAT Script, etc
• Familiar with Microsoft Visio and other supporting tools
8. TECHNICAL SUPPORT (TS-A)
Requirements:
• Have a good knowledge about troubleshooting H/W PC, LAN, setting O/S Windows client, Linux client and server
• To be placed in Jakarta, Bandung, Medan, Malang
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR MIS DIVISION:
• S1 Degree in Computer (3-7); D3 Degree in Computer (8)
• Has experience in the same field at least: 5 years (3)
• Max 30 years old (3), 28 years old (4-7), 26 years old (8) and 2 years (4-8)
