CENTRAL SANTOSA FINANCE is subsidiary of BCA FINANCE Group which is engaged motorcycle financing. Along with a dynamic business growth, currently we need a professional to fill the position:
CREDIT MARKETING HEAD (CMH)
Qualifications:- Male max 30 years old
- Min. Bachelor degree from reputable university
- Having experience in Finance Company as Coordinator Marketing min. 2 years
- Able to build and establish relationships into dealership showrooms and automotive (motorcycle)
- Have a strong relationships with dealers and automotive showroom
- Able to build and establish relationships into dealership showrooms
- Willing to be placed in all of our branches in Indonesia
ADMINISTRATION HEAD (ADH)
Qualifications: - Male / Female max 30 years old
- Min bachelor degree from reputable university
- Having experience in Finance Company as operation supervisor min 2 years
- Willing to be placed in all of our branches in Indonesia
ACCOUNT RECOVERY HEAD (AR - H)
Qualifications: - Male age max 35 years old
- Education min D3 all majors
- Experience min. 3 years as Coordinator Collection on multi-finance companies
- Oriented to the achievement of targets and is responsible for receivables management companies
- Have leadership and responsible to the Branch Manager
- Strong creativity and skill in understanding the policy
- Able to operate computer
- Willing to be placed in all branch offices in Indonesia
CREDIT ANALYST (CA)
Qualifications: - Male / Female, max 30 years old
- Min Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in credit analyst or credit marketing staff, multi finance company preferable in two wheelers
- Detail oriented and provided superior analytical skills
- Strong initiative and able to meet tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment
- High Integrity and committed
- Having good computer skill, familiar with MS Office
- Willing to be placed in all of our branches in Indonesia
DEALER RELATIONSHIP OFFICER (DRO) Qualification:- Male / Female max 30 years old
- Min bachelor degree from reputable university
- Having experience as sales or marketing on finance or banking company min 2 years
- Having experience in building a relationship with dealer
- Communicative and oriented to the achievement or targets
- Have own vehicle and SIM C
- Having good computer skill, familiar with MS Office
- Willing to be placed in all of our branches in Indonesia
