ASTEL group, One of the fast growing IT Et Telecommunication Company in Jakarta is looking for talent & Qualified Candidates to join as:
• FINANCE DIRECTOR (FDIR)
- Min. 10 years experience in Finance .
- Enhance financial analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional analytical and financial skills with passion for strategic business
- Mature & strong leader who is able to lead the team to achieve group performance.

• FINANCE GM (FGM)
- Min. 5 years experience as Finance GM.
- Attention to detail.
- Providing an interpretation of financial information
- Having an excellent analytical and problem solving in financial matters

• PROJECT MANAGER (PM)
- Min. 5 years of project management or IT Management in Cellular industry Technology or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience coordinating and/supporting IT business processes in Cellular industry.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred.
- Program/Product Managers require scheduling and budgeting experience.
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
- Direct work experience in project management capacity

• HR MANAGER (HR)
- Min. 3 years experience as HR Manager.
- Understanding HR workflow policy & procedure
- Good knowledge in government regulation (Depnaker).

• ACCOUNT/SALES MANAGER (AM)
- Min. 3 years experience as Account Manager.
- Analytical skill to identify market opportunities and pursuing new sales
- Technical competence and excellent customer-facing skills are essential.
- Able to motivate and coach the sales teams to achieve the target.
- Fluency in spoken and written English

• MIS MANAGER (MIS)
- Min. 3 years experience as IT/MIS Manager.
- Technical knowledge of LAN, Windows NT and Unix system.
- An extensive knowledge in computer & its peripheral, networking Et security.

• PROCUREMENT MANAGER (PROC)
- Min. 3 years experience as Procurement Manager.
- Has good networking & relationship with various supplier companies.
- High sense of art in selecting qualified products/materials/goods in comparison with value of money
- Knowledgeable in import documents : PIB, SSPCP, etc.
- Fluency in English.

• RECRUITMENT SUPERVISOR (REC)
- S1 Psychology (S2 or Profession Degree would be advantage).
- Experience in recruitment field min. 2 year with exposure to psychological measurement tools and capability in handling interview sessions

• GENERAL AFFAIR SUPERVISOR (GA)
- Min. 2 years experience in GA department.
- Have knowledge about building maintenance, electricity, PABX, K3 & environmental.
- Witting to Travel
- Having experience in company's legal paper administration ( building, IPB )

• ENGINEER (ENG)
- Min. 1 year experience as Engineer/Network Engineer.
- Male
- D3 Electro/Telecommunication/IT
- Willing to Travel
- Not phobia of height is advantage (climbing tower, multi-storey building).

• TECHNICAL SALES (TS)
- Min. 1 years experience in telecommunication, System Integrator, ISP
- S1 Electro / Telco

• ADMINISTRATION (ADM)
- Min. D3
- Have a passion for administration job.
- Working thoroughly and detail

GENERAL QUALIFICATION:
• Self motivated, honest and dedicated person
• Preferable experience in ICT business
• Able to work as a team
• Good interpersonal & communication skill.
• Computer literate is essential
