We are distributor for resin, we challenge dynamic, motivated & innovative professionals to join our team in Jakarta to fill the position as:
1. OPERATIONAL Manager (OPM)
2. HRD and GA Supervisor (HGS)
3. Sales Executive (SE)
4. Finance Manager (FM)
5. Senior Finance Staff (SF)
6. Staff TAX (ST)
Qualification: - Male (OP), Male or Female ( FM/HGS/SE/SF/ST)
- Age Min 35 years (OP) and Max 40 years (FM)
- Hold bachelor degree from reputable university
- At least has Min 3 years experience (OPM/ FM) and 1-2 years experience (HGS/SE/SF/ST) similar position
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Strong analytical skills with strategic thinking (OP/FM)
- Good communicational and strong leadership and organizational is a must (OP/FM/HGS)
- Have a responsible to analyze and decide any costs and expenses arising from operational activities (OP)
- Understanding of management control system and good track record in system and procedure implementation (FM)
- Have a certificate of Brevet A & B or title Certified Tax Consultant is an advantage (ST)
- Target oriented & Hardworking and experiment in preferably in industry plastic area (SE)
- Have initiative for timely and proper action
- Ability to develop relationship with principle and to develop business networking (OP/ FM)
- In depth knowledge of HR policies, procesures, recruitment, payroll, Jamsostek, and incoming Tax art 21, good knowledge of manpower labor regulation is required, experience in handling GA (HGS)
