Danone AQUA a world leading bottled water manufacturer invites high caliber professional to join our finance team as:

1. Plant Controller West Region

Qualifications:

• Hold min Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Finance, Master degree is advantage
• Having a minimum 10 years overall experiences in Finance/ Accounting fields with 5 years as Finance Controller will be preferable
• Well organized, meticulous, structured, disciplined
• Has experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) environment is preferred
• Excellent English (spoken & written) and good skill MS Office
• Indonesian taxation knowledge
• SAP Knowledge
• Experience in Internal Control system

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Controlling, Finance & Accounting and purchasing function
• Develop and manage monthly review processes, providing analysis and insight
• Provide analytical support in evaluating and improving manufacturing, industrial variances and processes
• Working capital management and monitoring (mainly Inventories - Finished and Raw)
• Control Industrial KPIs & Manufacturing related for factories on costing & manufacturing performance
• Providing leadership & guidance to the plant controllers
• Lead and control budget & forecasting process
• Provide information to support process improvement and consistency across functions
• Provide advice and guidance on financial implications of proposed changes and new developments
• Provide proactive support in developing strategies and projects
• Provide ad hoc reports as and when required from the management

2. Plant Controller
 
Qualifications:

• Hold min Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance
• Having a minimum 5 years working experience as Department Head in Finance
• Willing to be placed in any Aqua's plant in Indonesia
• Has experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) environment is preferred
• Excellent English (spoken & written) and good skill MS Office
• Indonesian taxation knowledge
• SAP Knowledge
• Strong leadership, analytical skill and good team work
• High motivation & willing to work hard to meet tight dead line

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for finance & accounting operations including purchasing in the plant
• Prepare monthly finance operation report related to COGM, COGS & Industrial KPIs
• Provide costing variance analysis and enhance reporting & procedure in the plant
• Working capital management and monitoring (mainly Inventories - Finished and Raw)
• Budget process and monitoring
• Provide proactive support in developing strategies and projects
• Provide ad hoc reports as and when required from the management
• Ensure all transactions are in accordance with company's financial policy & procedure in the plant
• Ensure implementation of internal control over company's assets in the plant
• Production flow analysis & focus on inventory monitoring
• People development through empowerment and training program
