U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) / Office of Financial Management (OFM) based in Jakarta is recruiting Indonesian Nationals for the position of:

PROJECT VOUCHER EXAMINER (Post Code: OFM)

Salary starts from Rp.7.647.392 per month depending on qualifications, experience and salary history

BASIC FUNCTION OF POSITION:
Serves as Voucher Examiner in the Office of Financial Management (OFM) of USAID/Indonesia with primary responsibility for the reviewing and analyzing most difficult and complex invoices and/or claims for payment involving USAID Assistance Agreement and Unilateral programs including Grants. Cooperative Agreements, Contracts, Indefinite Quantity Contracts and Task Order, etc The payment processing is highly technical in nature, requiring logical and systematic thinking and the voucher examiner's ability to comprehend detailed technical program regulations and contract terms and conditions Examines program funded and administrative vouchers pertaining to employee travel and transportation, shipment of employee personal effects, etc. Provides back up support to Supervisory Voucher Examiner with respect to processing project vouchers during his/her absence or as workload demands.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
At a minimum, applicant must have the following:

• Completion of a University Degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Management is required.
• A minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in voucher examination, accounting/auditing or related budget and fiscal work is required. At least two years of this experience should have been with an International Donor Organization,
• Level III (Good working knowledge) English written and verbal ability is required. Level IV Bahasa Indonesia is required.

SELECTION CRITERIA:
In addition to the above criteria relating to education, experience and language proficiency, the following criteria will also be used to evaluate applicants:

• Have demonstrable analytical and decision-making skills and excellent in organizing and prioritizing assigned tasks
• Have analytical and decision-making skills. Capability to organize and prioritize work schedules
• Have Computer proficiency in automated hardware/ software, Microsoft Office and Windows
