1.     KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (Jakarta)


The position is responsible for managing sales performance in the modern trade Key Account(s) by developing, negotiating, and implementing annual account plans within Key Account sales budgets and the continued expansion of Kraft Foods in modern trade channel. The incumbent has to develop strong business relationships with customer through regular business review and influences them accordingly by negotiating range, distribution, promotional activity, and displaying brand products across the category of the account.
To perform in this role, the incumbent should have ability to identify category opportunities to grow the business and agility to face any challenges. In financial matter, the incumbent has to report accurate sales forecast regularly and ensure all of trade funds are spent effectively to achieve optimal result.

REQUIREMENT
•    Bachelor Degree
•    Broad experience in FMCG with solid track record in Sales or Key Account
•    Excellent communication and negotiation skill
•    Strong leadership qualities and self-starter person

2. KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (Jakarta, Semarang, Surabaya, Makassar)

The main role of this position is assisting Key Account Manager to contribute sales achievement, focusing on range, display, pricing, and promotions utilizing the agreed operating resources. To reach sales achievement, the incumbent has to manage distributor sales force to achieve volume goals, manage the proper stock level from day to day in D3 (Distribution, Display, Depth of Stock), represent Kraft Foods in dealing with stores, maintaining good relationship with Key Account customer. and aggressively defend against competitor activity.

REQUIREMENT
•    Bachelor Degree, Minimum 3 year(s) experience in distribution company or sales function
•    Excellent communication and negotiation skill
•    Good relationships with Key Accounts at store level
