Lowongan Kerja INTERNAL AUDIT OFFICER - PT KONSULTAN MASA DEPAN
Our client is a well established and famous branding in family restaurant are expanding their business, seeking experienced, talented and highly dedicated individuals with qualifications as follows:
- Male/female, 30-45 years old
- Experience in retail/restaurant environment or hotel industry is an advantage
- Good in English (oral and written) and computer literate.
1. GENERAL MANAGER (Code: GM) - Minimum 5 years experience as General Manager (Div. Head) or 8 years as Manager
- Excellent in general management, business development and retail management communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior management level - the owners
- Familiar and have experience in ISO 9000 & 14000
- Graduated in any discipline (S-1), MBA (S-2) is an advantage
2. HRD MANAGER (Code: HRDM) - Minimum 3 years experience as HR & GA Manager (Dept Head)
- Good experience in HR administration & management, general affairs, training & development
- Proven skills in Industrial & employee relations and also Depnakertrans
- Familiar and have experience in ISO 9000 & 14000
- Graduated in any discipline (S1)
3. FINANCE& ACCOUNTING MANAGER (Code: FAM)- Minimum 3 years experience as Fin & Acc Manager (Dept. Head)
- Experience in fin & acc, tax system, planning & controlling
- Proven skills and familiar in managing integrated system software (ERP)
- Graduated in Accounting (S-1)
4. OPERATION MANAGER (Code: OP) - Minimum 3 years experience as Operation Manager (Dept. Head)
- Experience in resto operation & development, staff operation management sales plan, budgeting & analysis task & result oriented
- Experience in retail/restaurant environment or hotel industry is a MUST
- Graduated in any discipline (S-1)
5. SALES & MARKETING MANAGER (Code: SMM)- Minimum 3 years experience as Marketing Manager (Dept. Head)
- Experience in sales & marketing management with proven track record
- Graduated in any discipline (S-1) and Master Marketing (S-2) is an advantage
6. RESTO MANAGER (Code: RM) - Minimum 2 years experience as Restaurant Manager
- Must have good experience in resto management, service management, sales forecast sales plan analysis, task & result oriented
- Experience in retail/restaurant environment or hotel industry is a MUST
- Graduated in any discipline (S-1)
7. INTERNAL AUDIT OFFICER (Code: IA)- Minimum 2 years experience as Internal Audit / Accounting Officer/Supervisor
- Experience in fin & ax audit, operational audit, system operating procedures (SOP)
- Graduated in Accounting (S1)
8. PSYCHOLOGIST (Code: PSY) - Experience in assessment & psychological's tools, reporting and consultation
- Familiar in human resources development is an advantage
- Graduated in Master of Psychologist (M.Psi) in Adult Clinical or PIO
- Fresh graduates are welcome
