Lowongan Kerja Finance and Accounting Supervisor - PT. REKAPASTIKA ASRI
A Property Company located in EAST BEKASI is urgently looking for:
1. Leasing Manager (LM)
2. Leasing Staff (LS) - Female, Min. 22 years old Max. 35 years old.
- For Leasing Manager: S1 degree with experienced in Mall Leasing min. 2 years.
- For Leasing Staff: S1 degree with experienced in Mall Leasing min. 1 years.
- Having database of tenant retail.
- Having knowledge in Mall Lease System
- Full knowledge of leasing process and closing skills of the transaction
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Computer literate (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Having good communication skills in oral and written (appropriate business letters)
- Good looking and good business appearance
3. Reception & Customer Service Staff (RCS) - Female, Min. 22 years old Max 30 years old
- D3 degree majoring in Hotel - Public Relation is preferred
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Able to handle complaints
- Computer literate (Ms. Word and Excel)
- Having good communication skills in oral and written (appropriate business letters)
- Able to work independently
- Good looking and good business appearance.
4. Tenant Relation Staff (TRS) - Male or Female, Min. 22 years old Max. 30 years old
- D3 degree majoring in Hotel - Public Relation is preferred
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Having knowledge in tenant relation administration
- Experienced in mall leasing Min. 1 year
- Computer literate (Ms. Word and Excel)
- Having good communication skills in oral and written (appropriate business letters)
- Able to work independently
- Good looking and good business appearance
5. Legal Supervisor (LGS) - Male or Female, Min. 25 years old Max. 35 years old
- S1 degree with experienced in related field min. 2 years
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Computer literate (Ms. Word, Excel)
- Able to work with related government institution
- Having knowledge in property regulation is preferred
6. Finance & Accounting Supervisor (FAS)
7. Purchasing Staff (PUR)- Male or Female, Min. 22 years old Max 35 years old
- S1 degree with experienced in related field min. 2 years
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Computer literate (Ms. Word, Excel).
