General Requirements:

• Graduate from reputable university
• Maximum 28 years old for Officer, max 35 years old for manager, max 43 years old for General Manager
• 2-3 years experience in related fields for Officer, 3-5 years experience in managerial level in related fields for Manager, more than 6 years experience in managerial level in property for General Manager
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication, presentation and negotiation skill
• Good analytical thinking, planning and organizing
• Details conscious, energetic and able to work under pressure
• Excellent English communication skill (both oral and written)
• Visionary, self motivated and possess extensive business network
• Customer Focused
• Computer literate
• Plan, organize, execute and manage events including tradeshows, customer and partner events, other corporate events and sales training sessions. (MCO and MCM)
