General Requirements:

• Minimum S1 Degree with GPA 2.75 (1-9)
• Experiences in retail industry will be an advantage
• Minimum 5 years experiences, currently holds similar position (Managerial level) (1-5)
• Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci Area (1-6, 10)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Willing to work in shift and be placed in big cities all over Indonesia (7-9)

Specific Requirements:

• Comprehensive experiences in handling general accounting & reporting of a public listed company. Having good knowledge of Indonesian GAAP (PSAK) & International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) (1)
• Experienced in handling Promotion and Marketing in Retail/ Consumer Goods/ Advertising Company/ Shopping Centre (2)
• Experienced In developing and preparing financial forecast and also short & long term of Financial Business Plan (3)
• Experienced as Project/Site Manager, handling big construction projects (such as building end malt) (4)
• Experienced as HR Generalist (recruitment, training, personnel administration, payroll, Industrial relation) (5)
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with minimum 3 years experiences in preparing project specification, M&E lay out, and project prowess report (6)
• Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Law/ HR Management with broad knowledge of HR Process (recruitment, training. personnel admin, payroll, industrial relation) (8)
• Bachelor Degree in Visual Communication Design/ Architect/ Graphic Design/ Interior Design and able to operate design software (freehand, 3D, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator, & Mac) (9)
• Minimum Diploma Degree in Secretarial (GPA > 2.75) with more than 2 years experiences as secretary, with excellent English & computer skill (10)
