• Project/Corporate : Feasibility study and associated financial modeling, assisting in implementation of the optimum operating structure, implementing the optimum taxation structure
• Identifying key short to medium term financing requirements, overseeing cash flow planning, investments, asset management, and banking relationships , managing cash flow budgets, developing and implementing finance, accounting, project auditing procedures
• Accounting and Administration : coordinating the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analysis, and information reports and ensuring compliance.
