PROJECT MANAGER (PM) - Male. max. 33 Years old
- Master degree in Finance/Marketing and Bachelor degree in Architect/Civil
- Having experience as Project Manager/Project Coordinator in Property/ Real Estate min. 5 years
- Good Communication skill
- High motivated person & willing to work hard
- Having integrity and willing to work in under pressure condition.
- Good knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English/Mandarin is a must
- Willing to be placed in Jambi / Pekalongan
FINANCE CONTROLLER (FC) - Male/Female, Max 30 years old
- Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting
- Having experience as Finance Controller min 3 years.
- Having recent knowledge about tax and payroll.
- Willing to be placed in Samarinda / Pekalongan
MARKETING COORDINATOR (MC) - Male, max.35 years old
- Having experience as Marketing Coordinator in Property/Real estate min 3 years old is preferable
- Bachelor degree from any major
- Out going person, wide & good networking
- Willing to be placed in Samannda/Makassar/Jambi/Pekalongan
HRD & GA - Female, max 27 years old
- Bachelor degree in Psychology/Management
- Having experience as HRD officer (Recruitment, Training & Administration)
- Good communication & good personality
- Willing to be placed in Samarinda/Pekalongan
QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS) - Male, max, 30 years old
- Bachelor degree in civil engineer
- Have experience in calculating the volume or building and making analyzing unit price based on market conditions
- Willing to he placed iii Jambi / Pekalongan
SURVEYOR (SVY) - Male, max, 30 years old o Bachelor degree in civil engineer / Geodesi
- Having experience as Surveyor in Property/Real Estate min. 1 years
- Willing to be placed in Jambi / Pekalongan
LANDSCAPE SUPERVISOR (LS) - Male/Female. Max. 30 years old
- Min. associate degree in landscape
- Have experience in making the park design
- Familiar with Autocad Program
- Willing to be placed in Jambi / Pekalongan
GRAPHIC DESIGN (GD) - Male, max. 28 years old
- Bachelor degree in Design Grafis
- Having experience in promotion division min 1 years
- Strong interpersonal skill in team, self motivated person and independent
