1. SECRETARY TO CEO (SC)
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the secretarial field.
• Excellent command of Mandarin and English is a MUST, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Simplified Chinese Typing.
• Excellent communication, writing and reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail, solid organization/time rrk3nagnnt skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
2. BRAND MANAGER (BM)
• Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major.
• Minimum 5-7 years' work experiences in Brand Management, preferably from Direct Selling Company, with minimum 3 years in management position.
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa, both verbal and written. Good at Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Excellent understanding of Indonesian market and distribution system.
• Strong analytical skill, result oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills, managerial skills, and strategic thinking capability.
3. HR MANAGER (HM)
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology or Law or
Human Resources or related area.
• Minimum 5-7 years of working experiences in HR Field, with at least 3 years in managerial level.
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa, both verbal and written. Good at Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Good exposure in recruitment, training people development and other related HR function. Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, legal and permit.
• Strong leadership, good communication. negotiation and interpersonal skills, very well-organized and responsible.
4. LEGAL MANAGER / IN-HOUSE LAWYER (LM)
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable University.
• Minimum 7 years working experience in the same field or respectable law firm and/or as in-house counsel in big company, preferably in Direct Selling Industry.
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa, both verbal and written. Good at Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking with excellence understanding in Direct Selling Law, business law and corporate matters.
• Superior writing, negotiating and communication skills.
• Able to handle confidential information and material with the highest degree of discretion and professional responsibility.
• Able to work under pressure, handle multiple competing prionitis and provide practical legal advice.
5. IT MANAGER (IT)
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Information System, Information Technology, Computer System, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-7 years of working experiences in the same position.
• Experience in networking, windows server administration, programming, database, reporting add E-Commerce (B2C).
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa, both verbal and written. Good at Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Good understanding in Visual Basic, Ms. Access, Java, Crystal Report and SQL.
• Good understanding in trouble shooting hardware and software.
• Good knowledge in IT Project Implementation or ERP system would be an added advantage.
• Good time management, analytical problem solving. good teamwork and communication skills.
6. COPYWRITER (CW)
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Advertising / Journalism / Communication.
• Minimum 5 years work experiences in same position.
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa, both verbal and written, with the ability to express a message clearly and persuasively. Good at Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Have the skill in creative concept and copywriting, specifically for the development of brochure, advertising, promo material, website and other marketing collateral.
• Accuracy and attention to detail. Able to work under pressure and on tightly deadline.
• Research skills, good general knowledge and awareness of popular culture. Young dynamic, creative and highly motivated with good interpersonal and communication skill
7. LOG1STIC STAFF (LS)
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major.
• Minimum 3 years experiences in logistic or supply chain or export and import.
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa, both verbal and written. Good at Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Hardworking honesty, high integrity, good attitude, and be able to work under pressure to meet deadline.
8. MARKETING EXECUTIVE (ME)
• Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major.
• Minimum 3 years work experiences in same position, preferably from Direct Selling Company
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa, both verbal and written. Good at Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Warm personality, customer oriented, and good communication skill.
9. PRODUCT TRAINER (PT)
• Minimum D3 in Pharmaceutical or Nutritional background
• Minimum 3 years experiences as Product Trainer or Nutritionist, preferably in Cosmetic, Skin Care, or Food Supplement Products
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa, both verbal and written. Good at Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, good in creating presentation material by Microsoft Power Point.
• Love for learning, fast learner, creative, and able to work under minimum supervision. Willing to travel when required.
10. MEDICAL CONSULTANT (MC)
• General Practitioner, has completed his/her mandatory government service / PTT is an advantage.
• Possess STR & ATLS /ACLS / Hiperkes training certificates
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa, both verbal and .written. Good at Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Mature and pleasant personality with a strong personal drive.
• Responsible, trustworthy, and eager to give the best services to the patient.
11. HR & GA EXECUTIVE (HO)
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology or Human Resources.
• Minimum 3 years of working experiences in HR & GA Field.
• Excellent command of Mandarin and English is a MUST, both verbal and written.
• Understanding employment regulations and having experience in the areas of payroll, Jamsostek, PPH article 21
• Self-driven, multi-oriented, and able to work independently and in team.
12. TAX SPECIALIST (TS)
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Tax or Accounting
• Minimum 5 years experiences in multi-national company in tax field, preferably in Direct Selling Industry.
• Minimum Tax Consultant Certification of USKP B is a must.
• Having Brevet A/B/C Certificate
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa, both verbal and written. Good at Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Accountable, honest and strong integrity.
• Familiar and update with Indonesian tax compliance issues and regulations, handling of tax audits and disputes.
• Strong communication skills and be able to work in team or independently under minimum supervision as required.
13. FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF (FA)
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years experiences in accounting and finance.
• Familiar with computerized accounting software.
• Excellent command of Mandarin and English is a MUST, both verbal and written.
• Strong knowledge in accounting /finance concepts and standard.
• Having brevet A & B certificate is more advantageous.
• Detail oriented, persistent, punctual, excellent logical. analytical skills, and having good attitude is a must.
• Accountable, honest and strong integrity.
14. PRODUCT EXECUTIVE (PE)
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Pharmaceutical or related major.
• Minimum 3 years experiences in the same position.
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa, both verbal and written. Good at Mandarin will be an advantage
• Well understanding in pricing management, market analysis and competitor analysis
• Have experience in product registration.
• High integrity, positive thinking and attitude, honesty, persistent team player, and be able to work under pressure to meet deadline.
15. CUSTOMER RELATION OFFICER (CRO)
• Female, max, 27 years old
• Minimum Diploma Degree in any major. Minimum 2 years experiences in the same position. Good at English, both verbal and written, will be an advantage.
• Familiar using MS, Office Software.
• Warm personality, customer oriented and great appearance.
• Strong personal communication skill, good attitude and be able to work in a team.
16. EVENT COORDINATOR (EC)
• Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major
• Minimum 3 years work experiences in organizing events.
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written. Good at Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Strong team player, creative and energetic with good analytical, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Resourceful and self-driven with a strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Must possess ability to coordinate with multiple tasks and able to work under minimum supervision.
17. GRAPHIC / FLASH DESIGNER (GD)
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design or related subject.
• Minimum 3 years work experiences in the same position.
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written. Good at Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Creative and talented, and should be able to work under minimum supervision.
• Quality assurance skills with excellent eye for detail.
• Extensive knowledge of typography, layout, color sense and the latest design tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, etc.
• Other Beneficial skills: Video Editing, 3D Animation, Illustrative Animation, Image Generation, Flash Action Script 2 (or 3), Audio Editing, Photography, Video Shooting, Web Design.
