Account Receivable Supervisor - Other Income
General Requirements: • S1 Accounting degree with minimum 3 years experience in retail company
• Age max. 30 years old
• Excellent in Ms. Excel skill
• Used to with long hours working time and work with tight deadline
• Work with accurate and timely manner
• Having good
communication skill Good time management and analytical skills
• Able to review process and procedure, and manage team objective
Job Purpose: • To Ensure the trading term agreement between the company and supplier is in the proper documentation
• To maintain the supplier master data base and the trading term data base both hard and soft skill Perform the calculation of the accrual income every month
• Perform the reconciliation between the accrual income against the actual billing, the actual billing against the actual promotion and do adjustment entry if necessary
• To ensure the staff perform good A/R collection
• To do analysis of AR ageing in weekly and monthly basis and take necessary action to handle the long outstanding
• To review the debit balance report and follow up with The necessary action
• To continue improve Other Income operating process
• Make effective communication to supplier when enquiry occurred
• Maintain good working relationship with other related departments within the business
