We are a leading and expanding company searching for highly qualified candidates to fulfill the progressive demand and to be part of our professional team
1. GENERAL MANAGER OPERATIONAL (GMO)
2. CHIEF ENGINEERING (CE)
3. PROJECT MANAGER (PM)
4. ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR (AS)
REQUIREMENT: - Male, Maximum age 40 years old
- Master degree (S2) majoring Finance Management (1), Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (2), Architecture (3), Accounting (4) with minimum GPA 3,0 (out of 4,0)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property industry at same position
- Well understanding in architecture is highly preferred (1,2,3)
- Experienced in building construction (1,2,3)
- Experienced in determining the most efficient operational building maintenance process including equipment, facilities, and maintaining cost (1,2,3)
- Understanding in Taxation (1,4)
- Fluent in English (Oral & Written)
- Having good leadership skill, able to lead and motivate a team
