Lowongan Kerja ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE CONTROLLER - PT Ratu Sayang International
Building Complex in Jakarta invites qualified professionals for the following positions:
A. MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL ENGINEER - Age 35 to 45 years
- S1 Degree from reputable university majoring electrical and mechanical engineering
- Minimum 10 years experience in highrise building maintenance, with the latest position as Deputy Chief Engineer for maximum 5 years
- Has qualification in maintenance of electrical panel, chiller, genset, pumps/plumbing and lift operation
- Field experience in trouble shooting and fault localization
- Strong interpersonal, management and communication skills coupled with technical Judgement and leadership
- Fluent written and spoken English
B. TENANCY COORDINATOR- Age 35 to 45 years
- S1 Architect Degree from reputable University
- Minimum 10 years experience in office building and shopping mail
- Has qualification of handling autocad for architect drawing and fit out management
- Good interpersonal communication and leadership
- Ability to build and be part of strong team work, self motivated with strong analytical and solution orientation skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
C. PERSONNEL & LEGAL SUPERVISOR- Age 35 to 45 years
- S1 Hukum Degree from reputable University
- Minimum 5 years experience in related field handling over 100 employees
- Good interpersonal communication. Self motivated with strong analytical and problem solving skills
D. ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE CONTROLLER- Age 30 to 35 years
- S1 from Accounting / Finance
- Experienced minimum 5 years in the same position
- Highly motivated and able to work under challenging pressure
- Strong interpersonal communication and solution orientation
- Verbal and written English is a must
