1. Internal Audit Team Leader (IATL)
·    S1 or Master Degree in Accounting or Engineering
·    Having experience in 3 big Audit Firm
·    30-40 years old
·    Having 5 years experience in preparing audit plan, audit program & conducting audit field work
·    Experienced in preparing audit report & follow up audit progress report
·    Able to handle any relevant ad hoc or consulting task

2. Regulation Compliance (REG)
·    S1 degree in Law
·    Having 4-5 years experience, especially as legal auditor
·    Familiar with regulation compliance
·    Having knowledge of the latest regulation in mining
·    Having good human relationship

3. Senior In House Lawyer (IHL)
·    S1 or S2 degree in Law
·    Having experience 5 years in legal department or reputable law firm
·    Having knowledge in corporate & general business laws is a must
·    Experience in preparing contract drafting & reviewing
·    Experience in handling corporate & litigation process & disputes relates to operation & business
·    Familiar with contract monitoring of compliance & managements of contract
·    Able to demonstrate extensive legal advices & trainings

4. Land Administration Manager (LAM)
·    S1 in Law
·    Having 8-10 years experience in Government Relation
·    Having experience to do Land Compensation or Land Acquisitions, especially for Mining Area
·    Experience in manage all documents related to land ownership
·    Having good knowledge of Mining Regulation & Land Compensation are preferably

General Requirements :
·    All positions in Jakarta
·    Good communication in both written & spoken English
·    Good interpersonal & organizational skill
·    Having self motivated & strong analytical skill
·    Computer literate (Ms Office)
·    Creative, self starter, team player & having self integrity
