If you are keen to join our growing airline, Mandala would love to hear from you, We are currently recruiting for the following positions bases in Jakarta.

Airbus A320 Pilot

Applicants should possess the following :

Captain    
  • Minimum Total Flight Time of 3500 hours.
  • Minimum of 1000 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) on multi-engine jet, civil registered transport aircraft for multi-crew operation.
  • A320 type rating with minimum of 500 hours Pilot in command (PIC) on Airbus A320.

First Officer
  • Minimum Total flight Time of 1500 hours
  • A320 type rating with minimum of 500 hours Second in command (SIC) on Airbus A320.

All Pilots should possess:
  • ICAO recognized ATPL (Acceptable to the Indonesian DGCA)
  • Two proficiency checks on the A320 in the last 11 months.
  • IT literacy.
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency level 4 or above.

Airbus A320 Flight Attendant
  • Applicants should possess the following :
  • Indonesian Citizenship.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • At least 1.58m in height
  • University degree holder preferred.
  • High level of English proficiency.

Airbus A320 Engineer
Applicants should possess the following :
  • A320 rated licensed Aircraft Engineer : A&C (Airframe & Power Plant), EIR (Avionic)
  • Min 5 years of Aircraft Maintenance / Engineering Experience.
  • Familiar with electronic reporting system and data/record keeping systems.
  • University degree holder preferred.
  • High level of English proficiency.

Other Vacancies

Safety & QA Manager
Applicants shoulds possess the following :
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Aviation
  • CASO Certificate
  • Able to function in a team

Flight Ops Officer
Applicants shoulds possess the following :
  • A320 type rating holder
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Dispatcher
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communications skills
